    I loved you and your wife with Mark! Its so good to see you on your own channel as well. You ( and Mark) are the sweetest most descriptive of Thailand I've ever been able to learn from. I had no idea how beautiful and friendly their culture is. The food is also amazing! I've been trying to cook up some of them as well. Thank you so much.

    WOW!! We've driven by this place like 1K times and never went! Will have to fix that mistake! Again; You-all have the nose for the right place! Yep; I just ate some Laab with liquorice leaves in the mix of pak (herbs.) That Gang Hed Rueam looks spectaular. My wife has 'Climbing Wattel' growing in the yard. We had some really nasty hornets in out bamboo grove, one stung me and left a scar for months. We had it removed by a master, the only price; he wanted the larvae in the nest. Love the Som O salad, we've got them growing here too but, not the pepper leaves. Love the Gang Toon! Never had Gang Ho, NOW I will!! Also the Yam Samoun Prai ! Wow! Just gets more wild as it goes; what is Thai water olive!? Now; I need to go back through the older M.W. vlogs I haven't seen and find Haunuman! Yeah; digging into the Pak Laab (Herbs for Laab) plate! There MAY be 30 herbs, certainly more than 4-5! (We've got a bunch growing in our yard.) The Sadaow (Neem) makes a decent insecticide when it's a fresh tea.
